Individual Counseling: Let’s be real—life be lifing. Whether you’re carrying unspoken grief, battling anxiety, or just feeling stuck, these one-on-one sessions are your space to breathe, unpack, and be. I offer remote counseling tailored to you—your story, your pace, your needs. Together, we’ll work through the hard stuff and help you reconnect with the version of you that feels whole, seen, and steady. You don’t have to do this alone.
Cancellation Policy
Your Commitment to Healing Matters. At Happy Healing LLC, I understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure a supportive and effective environment for all members, I have established the following cancellation and no-show policy: Cancellation Policy Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for individual sessions and workshops. For retreats, a 7-day notice is required. How to Cancel: Cancellations can be made via email at happyhealing@ashleymckinneylpc.com or by texting 816.819.4302. Please include your name and session details. Rescheduling: Cancellations made within the required notice period will be rescheduled for a later date at no additional cost. No-Show Policy Definition of No-Show: A no-show occurs when a member fails to attend a scheduled session or event without prior notification. No-Show and Late Cancellation Fees: If you do not attend your session and do not provide a cancellation notice, the monthly session cannot be rescheduled, and you will still be charged the monthly membership fee. Repeated No-Shows: Members with three no-shows within a 90-day period may be required to re-evaluate their commitment to the program, which could lead to restrictions on future bookings.
