Cancellation Policy
Your Commitment to Healing Matters. At Happy Healing LLC, I understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure a supportive and effective environment for all members, I have established the following cancellation and no-show policy: Cancellation Policy Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for individual sessions and workshops. For retreats, a 7-day notice is required. How to Cancel: Cancellations can be made via email at happyhealing@ashleymckinneylpc.com or by texting 816.819.4302. Please include your name and session details. Rescheduling: Cancellations made within the required notice period will be rescheduled for a later date at no additional cost. No-Show Policy Definition of No-Show: A no-show occurs when a member fails to attend a scheduled session or event without prior notification. No-Show and Late Cancellation Fees: If you do not attend your session and do not provide a cancellation notice, the monthly session cannot be rescheduled, and you will still be charged the monthly membership fee. Repeated No-Shows: Members with three no-shows within a 90-day period may be required to re-evaluate their commitment to the program, which could lead to restrictions on future bookings. Compassionate Considerations I recognize that unexpected situations arise. If you encounter a genuine emergency or unforeseen circumstances, please reach out to me.
